Vivo has unveiled two new phones, the VIVO X200 Ultra and X200, which are expected to be available in April 2025. They were unveiled at a big event in China. The X200 Ultra is going to be a camera beast and is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Both phones have a thin, stylish design and a large battery.

The X200s is part of the premium flagship smartphone family. This phone is similar to last year’s Vivo X100s. The Vivo X100s offers a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 2800×1260 and the highest refresh rate of 120Hz. This device has a Mediatek Dimensity 9400+ processor powered by a base variant that will come with 12GB + 256GB, and you get 5 different storage options.

Vivo x200s has a triple camera setup: 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel back camera. In which you get Image stabilization, autofocus, Zoom Mode, Shooting Mode, etc., modes which improve photo and video recording. And it has a 32megapixels front camera.

One impact point of vivo x200s is its massive 6200mAh battery. Which is a big battery according to today’s mobile uses. It also supports 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.

Vivo X200s is coming to China and will come with OriginOS with Android 15. In this, you get to see a circle to search and an AI filter for spam calls, and a homework assistant. With circle-to-search, you can search things by placing a circle anywhere on the screen, and that too very easily.

Vivo offers 360-degree NF for cooling a big vapor chamber, and boosted connectivity options with improved antenna design and an intelligent switch between Wi-Fi and cellular networks.

You can pre-order for vivo X200s, its first sale will start on April 25. This phone is available in Light Purple, Mint Blue, Straightforward, and Simple Black colour options. The starting price of the base variant is CNY 4,199 ($575/€500).

Vivo X200 Ultra is also a part of the premium flagship smartphones. This phone is similar to last year’s phone vivo x100s. The vivo x100 ultra offers 6. 6-inch LTPO AMOLED display and gets a resolution of 3168 x 1440 and a 120Hz highest refresh rate.

x200 ultra has a Qualcomm chipset with a base variant of 12GB + 256GB storage (12GB/16GB ram and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage).

x200 Ultra has triple camera setup 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 sensor + 200-megapixel telephoto + 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 back camera. In which you get Image stabilization, autofocus, Zoom Mode, Shooting Mode, etc, modes that make photo and video recording better. And it haa s 50 megapixel front camera.

All cameras support 4K video recording, they also support up to 8 K. You can support up to 44 Kin slow motion.

This phone is a special phone for photography. You have been given an extra 2.35x zoom of a telephoto camera. For photography, you get special laces, straps, and a case with a grip and USB Type-C and a separate 2300 mAh battery.

The vivo X200 Ultra: Black or Red, and there is also a White version color options. Starting price of base variant is CNY 6,499 ($900/€775) for 12/256 GB. 16 GB + 1 TB version supports satellite communications and costs CNY 7,999 ($1,100/€950).

This device is only for photography and its full setup costs CNY 9,699 ($1,350/€1,150). We don’t expect Vivo to launch the X200 Ultra outside China.
