vivo X300 Series Launch: 200 MP Camera Powerhouses for Pros
Vivo has officially unveiled its highly anticipated X300 series, bringing cutting-edge photography to the forefront of mobile tech. The lineup includes two flagship models — the X300 Pro and the more compact X300 — both designed with professional content creators and photography enthusiasts in mind.
Dual-Chip Performance for Seamless Photography
Both phones feature a dual-chip setup, combining the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 for overall performance with vivo’s V3+ imaging chip for advanced photo and video processing. The X300 Pro impresses with an AnTuTu score exceeding 4.1 million, while both devices run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, offering smooth navigation and enriched features.

X300 Pro: Telephoto Mastery and Gimbal-Grade Stabilization
The X300 Pro is the series’ imaging flagship. Its 200 MP ZEISS APO telephoto camera, with a 1/1.4-inch HPB sensor from Samsung and f/2.67 aperture, delivers stunning long-range shots. The camera also offers CIPA 5.5-rated image stabilization, and a gimbal-grade system with ±1.5° angle adjustment ensures rock-steady photography.

X300: Compact Yet Powerful Imaging
The standard X300 packs the same 200 MP main sensor into a smaller, ergonomic body. Its telephoto camera is a 50 MP Sony LYT-602 sensor (f/2.57), and it shares the Pro’s 50 MP ultra-wide lens. The phone features a 6.31-inch 120 Hz flat display, slim 7.95 mm body, and a lightweight 190g frame, making it highly portable without compromising on battery or performance.
